Job Summary:

Forrest Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and professional Lead Office Services Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk, handling phone calls and inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients and guests have a pleasant experience.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external communication, relaying messages accurately.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, meeting room coordination, and office supply inventory management.
  • Collaborate with departments to schedule meetings and arrange facilities, ensuring all resources are available.
  • Monitor premises access and respond to emergencies calmly and promptly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
