Volunteer Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Networking Coordinator for the Global Education Fair. As a key member of our event planning team, you will be responsible for facilitating virtual networking opportunities that connect attendees with schools, education agents, and officials.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and manage virtual networking opportunities, including breakout rooms and one-on-one meetings.
- Schedule and coordinate networking sessions, ensuring all participants have the necessary information and access to join.
- Provide assistance to attendees with joining virtual networking sessions, addressing any issues or questions they may have.
- Foster meaningful interactions by facilitating introductions and ensuring that networking goals are met.
- Work closely with the event management team and other coordinators to integrate networking opportunities into the overall event schedule.
- Collect and review feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of networking opportunities and make improvements for future events.
- Strong networking skills with experience in connecting people and facilitating productive interactions.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple networking sessions and ensure smooth execution.
- Experience in planning and coordinating online events, particularly in managing virtual networking platforms.
- Effective communication skills to interact professionally with attendees, schools, and officials.
- Ability to address and resolve any issues that arise during networking sessions promptly and effectively.
- Play a key role in facilitating meaningful connections and interactions during a high-profile global event.
- Gain valuable experience in networking coordination and online event planning while working with industry professionals.
