Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our team at Auberge du Pommier. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional service to our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist servers with food and beverage service, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Restock supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- SmartServe certification is a must.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods.
