We are seeking a skilled Server Assistant to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the exceptional service and high standards of our luxury hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist.
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
- Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
