Electrical Service Specialist

The role of the Service Technician involves a variety of responsibilities centered around the maintenance and repair of electrical appliances and systems. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and customer service skills.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience is required.
- Perform voltage, resistance, and other electrical tests utilizing specialized testing equipment.
- Generate detailed written estimates for repair costs.
- Plan and organize service routes efficiently.
- Refer to schematic diagrams or product manuals for effective repairs.
- Diagnose faults with the aid of testing devices.
- Repair and maintain electrical appliances and components.
- Replace defective components as necessary.
- Provide customers with information regarding the work performed and the condition of their equipment.
- Utilize shop equipment and specialized diagnostic tools to repair, adjust, and reprogram appliances.
- The position is physically demanding and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
