Position Overview

The role of a Service Technician involves performing essential maintenance and repair tasks on electrical devices and systems. This position is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tests for voltage, resistance, and other electrical parameters using specialized testing equipment.
  • Prepare detailed written estimates for repair costs.
  • Plan and optimize service routes for efficiency.
  • Utilize schematic diagrams and product manuals to facilitate repairs.
  • Diagnose faults with the aid of testing devices.
  • Perform repairs on electrical appliances and components.
  • Replace defective components as needed.
  • Provide customers with insights regarding the work performed and the condition of their equipment.
  • Employ shop tools and diagnostic apparatus to repair, adjust, and reprogram appliances.
