Customer Service Representative Opportunity at Moneris

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer service representative to join our team at Moneris. As a customer experience specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our merchant clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to merchant clients
  • Promote Moneris products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features
  • Document information from merchants and assist with technical inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution
  • Achieve individual targets for quality and productivity, driving business growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong computer and technical skills, with proficiency in software applications and systems
  • Fluency in English and French, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
