Clinical Director - Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our interdisciplinary clinic in downtown Edmonton. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the overall success of the clinic, overseeing all internal operations and driving revenue growth through business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and improve clinic operations
- Ensure quality improvement in the delivery of patient care through regular quality assurance reports and feedback
- Provide mentorship and coaching to clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other clinical leaders to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Monitor customer service programs to provide an outstanding experience to patients, physicians, and other clients
- Build a strong clinical presence by identifying, coaching, and mentoring potential leadership qualities in team members
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, or Psychologist
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong business development and financial management skills
