We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Director to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving clinical excellence and quality improvement initiatives across our clinics.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement clinical quality improvement strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Lead clinical staff in the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to develop and implement business plans, driving growth and revenue
- Provide coaching and mentorship to clinical staff, promoting professional development and leadership skills
- Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
