Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our interdisciplinary clinic in downtown Edmonton. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the overall success of the clinic, overseeing all internal operations and driving revenue growth through business development activities.
The ideal candidate will have a clinical designation as a Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, or Psychologist, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience and a passion for developing clinical excellence through mentorship, education, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the clinic's clinical operations, ensuring quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
- Review extension requests for WCB, MVA, and LTD patients and assist clinical staff with caseload management skills.
- Provide quality assurance reports and feedback to other clinical leaders.
- Promote and encourage continuing education opportunities for clinical staff.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and improve clinic operations.
- Build a strong clinical presence by identifying, coaching, and mentoring potential leadership qualities in team members.
- Lead 1:1 monthly meetings with clinical staff to identify areas of growth and provide coaching as needed.
