Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our interdisciplinary clinic in downtown Edmonton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving clinical excellence, business development, and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure quality improvement in patient care delivery and promote a culture of excellence within the clinic.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and achieve business objectives.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a clinical leadership role.
- Strong clinical designation as a Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, or Psychologist.
- Proven track record of business development and revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
