Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our interdisciplinary clinic in downtown Edmonton. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the overall success of the clinic, overseeing all internal operations and driving revenue growth through business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and improve clinic operations
- Ensure quality improvement in the delivery of patient care through ongoing monitoring and evaluation
- Provide coaching and mentorship to clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other clinical leaders to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a clinical leadership role
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement business plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or massage therapy
