Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our interdisciplinary clinic in downtown Edmonton. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the overall success of the clinic, overseeing all internal operations and driving revenue growth through business development activities.
The ideal candidate will have a clinical designation as a Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, or Psychologist, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience and a passion for developing clinical excellence through mentorship, education, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and improve clinic operations
- Ensure quality improvement in the delivery of patient care and promote a culture of excellence
- Provide coaching and mentorship to clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other clinical leaders to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
