IT Infrastructure Automation Coordinator

Become a vital part of our innovative IT department at London Drugs as a Network Automation Specialist. We are in search of a skilled professional to oversee and enhance our information technology systems. If you are enthusiastic about networking, virtualization, and automation, this position is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Creating and implementing system maintenance strategies
- Preparing training materials for end-users
- Continuously monitoring and ensuring system performance
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Assisting client services and first response teams
- Managing incidents, modifications, and service requests
- Contributing to system upgrade initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Computer Science
- Experience with Cisco, VMware, and Palo Alto technologies
- Familiarity with network automation tools such as Ansible and Nautobot
- Proficiency in Python for developing automated solutions
- Experience with IT Service Management and DevOps practices
- Prior experience in the retail sector is advantageous
- Cisco Certification is beneficial
