About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sports Interaction. As a key member of our Global People Services and Operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and resolve specialized HR queries and requests from colleagues and the broader people team via case management and other channels.
  • Handle complex employee issues, ensuring timely and accurate responses in line with service-level agreements.
  • Engage with employees and managers to provide real-time support and information.
  • Collaborate with local teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize the HR case management system for efficient tracking, documentation, and resolution of people-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records to ensure compliance and transparency.
  • Actively participate in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the People Services and Operations team.
  • Provide feedback and insights to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to People policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Stay informed about updates in HR regulations and best practices.
  • Promote self-help tools to the business and coach employees to use these tools effectively to improve service delivery.
  • Assist and perform Service Rehearsal Testing (SRT) and HRIS User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities when needed.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director.
  • Arrange complex travel, creating travel itineraries and being available during travel times to quickly address any last-minute changes or cancellations.
  • Calendar and meeting management for the Managing Director.
  • Liaise with external/internal stakeholders to arrange meetings in a timely manner, being available and able to adapt to various time zones.
  • Prioritize meetings as necessary.
  • Coordinate town hall meetings and office events.
  • Administrative support for the Montreal office, virtually, as needed.
Requirements
  • Functional knowledge of HR employee lifecycle.
  • Experience in customer experience.
  • Completed a college or university degree or have equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years' experience of working in an HR/Operations/HR Shared Services, or Customer Service/Service Delivery role, dealing with simple to complex queries and requests, providing resolution within service level expectations.
  • Experience with workflow and case management systems is an advantage.
Competencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a proactive team and on your own initiative.
  • Ability to proactively search for knowledge information, when needed, to provide resolution to employee queries or requests.
  • Ability to deal with complex queries and cases, providing resolution/advice within service level expectations, and coach teammates, when needed.
