Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at LFC-ZMF Operations Ltd. in a permanent position.

Job Summary:

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and food service facilities. This includes coordinating activities with other work units or departments, requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Resolve product and service-related problems
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Conduct training sessions
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in food services
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Valid driver's license
  • Own transportation
  • Parking paid by employer
