We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at LFC-ZMF Operations Ltd. in a permanent position.
Job Summary:The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and food service areas, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. This includes coordinating activities with other work units or departments, requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, and conducting training sessions.

- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Conduct training sessions
- Conduct performance reviews
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- 5 years or more of experience in food service operations
- College/CEGEP education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and own transportation
