About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Earl's Restaurant (Sherway Gardens) Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials that showcase our commitment to quality and creativity.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional service and meet the high standards of our restaurant.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all kitchen supplies and ingredients to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring that they have a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: College or equivalent culinary education.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a senior chef or equivalent role.
  • Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
