Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement methods to achieve work schedules efficiently.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff regarding their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Supervise the assembly of food trays and ensure the proper delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
This role includes supervising food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Experience RequirementsCandidates should have between 1 to 7 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
