About the Role

O2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Customer Satisfaction Representative to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective communication strategies that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Implement Communication Programs: Design and implement communication programs that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Advise Clients on Advertising and Sales Promotion Strategies: Provide expert advice to clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies that drive business results.
  • Answer Inquiries and Provide Information to Customers: Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Order Office Supplies and Maintain Inventory: Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
  • Consult with Clients after Sale to Provide Ongoing Support: Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support to ensure their continued satisfaction.

Support for Indigenous People
  • Provides Cultural Competency Training: Develop and deliver cultural competency training to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
Supports for Visible Minorities
  • Offers Mentorship Programs: Develop and deliver mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
