About the Role

Haworth is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing revenue and increasing market share through identifying and securing sales from competitively held target accounts, new opportunities, and existing assigned account new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to meet revenue and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and influencers to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Manage and execute sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with dealers to plan and execute client engagement activities and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales activities, track progress, and analyze results.
  • Travel regularly to meet with clients, dealers, and influencers in the assigned territory.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, architecture, interior design, marketing, or communications.
  • 5 years of experience in consultative B2B, solution-based sales role with demonstrated track of generating revenue and meeting sales targets.
  • Proven history of sales success identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work in Ottawa, Ontario without relocation assistance.
  • Current and continuing right to work in Canada without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 years of experience in consultative B2B, solution-based sales role with demonstrated track of generating revenue and meeting sales targets.
  • Experience working with dealerships and understanding their sales and operating procedures.
  • Experience working with federal government contracts.
  • Bilingual in both English and French.
