Customer Service Representative

Join our team at Bulk Buy Mart - Innisfail as a dedicated Convenience Store Clerk. This is a permanent position offering a dynamic work environment where you will play a crucial role in our retail operations.

Work EnvironmentAs a Convenience Store Clerk, you will work in various settings including:
- Confectionery or corner stores
- Rental shops
- Retail businesses
- Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
- Bakery and fast food establishments
Your role will involve:
- Operating the cash register efficiently
- Performing data entry tasks
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting in the presentation and display of merchandise
- Conducting sales transactions through online platforms
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs regarding products or services
You will primarily handle:
- Food and food products
