Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods
  • Bag and assist with carrying out purchases, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Complete cash-up procedures, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining merchandise displays, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager, supporting the team and contributing to the success of the store
Requirements:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills, providing a positive and welcoming experience for customers
  • Strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities
  • Team player with the ability to work independently, collaborating with colleagues and supporting the team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with some heavy lifting required
  • Applicants must be over 14 years old, with a valid Social Insurance Number required for employment
