At CliftonLarsonAllen, we're dedicated to creating opportunities for our clients, people, and communities. As a Tax Manager/Director-Real Estate, you'll play a key role in our growing Real Estate Tax practice in Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage relationships with clients to meet their tax and financial planning objectives.
  • Assist clients with wealth transfer and estate planning using a range of tools.
  • Research and draft technical tax memoranda on various tax issues for clients.
  • Review and sign tax returns, serving as a subject matter expert when necessary.
  • Oversee client engagement teams and develop staff through mentoring and training.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a tax role with a public accounting firm.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Active CPA certification (JD or EA may be accepted in lieu of CPA for Tax Director position).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to bring solutions to the table.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
