About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Asset Manager to join our team at Crestpoint Real Estate Investments. As a key member of our asset management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate assets, including office, industrial, retail, and multi-family properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of real estate assets, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including investment managers, property managers, and other asset management professionals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform investment decisions.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and the board of directors.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate asset management, valuations, and/or investment experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with ARGUS real estate software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to think logically and problem solve effectively.
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Interest in real estate and/or real estate related fields.
