Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Engineer to join our team at PreCon Precast Limited. This role is pivotal in fostering relationships with industry professionals and driving sales of our precast concrete solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong connections with contractors, builders, and design professionals.
  • Devise and execute effective sales strategies targeting both existing and prospective clients.
  • Offer expert technical advice regarding the advantages of our precast concrete offerings.
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams to facilitate project delivery.
  • Monitor and document sales activities meticulously.
  • Represent PreCon Precast Limited at industry trade exhibitions.
  • Travel within the region as required.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in sales and proficiency in 3D modeling software, particularly Tekla.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Background in the precast concrete sector.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
