As a Sales Development Specialist at Canus Tech, you will be instrumental in fostering business expansion. Your primary focus will be on discovering new market opportunities, establishing connections with prospective clients, and generating qualified leads to enhance the sales team's efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform market analysis to uncover potential clients and business prospects.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to attract new leads and cultivate a strong sales pipeline.
  • Engage with potential clients through diverse outreach methods (e.g., cold calling, emailing, networking).
  • Assess leads and arrange meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to design and refine campaigns aimed at lead generation.
  • Monitor and report on essential performance indicators (e.g., lead volume, conversion ratios).
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and competitive dynamics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a similar capacity.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Results-oriented with a keen focus on meeting objectives.
  • Knowledge of the technology consulting sector is advantageous.
