Job Description

AAA Canada is seeking a highly skilled Configuration Management Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the release, storage, and archiving of all engineering documents and drawings.
  • Scan and publish original engineering data into the MAI system for online viewing and printing.
  • Generate new part numbers and revisions in the ERP/MRP system.
  • Provide controlled access to original design data and ensure only approved personnel have access.
  • Manage changes to configuration items, including change requests, EO, ECO, and NIEO.
  • Manage approved configuration identification documentation and create the Configuration Control Matrix.
  • Collaborate with the Change Board to ensure configuration control throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • College degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • At least two years of manufacturing experience.
  • Experience in the field of aeronautics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP software and MS Office, including MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Superior organizational and leadership skills.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
