Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Accuracy Vital Automotive Repair. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Answering Customer Inquiries: Respond to written and oral inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolving Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
- Providing Information: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers about our services and products.
- Arranging Billing: Arrange for billing for services provided to customers.
- Explaining Services: Explain the type and cost of services offered to customers.
- Issuing Receipts: Issue receipts and other forms to customers as required.
- Performing General Office Duties: Perform general office duties such as receiving and logging complaints, receiving payments, and consulting with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Work Setting: Automobile repair services.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
