Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at RED SWAN PIZZA MOOSE JAW. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and inventory expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
