Ruchi's Masala House is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily activities, ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen and front-of-house services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to optimize our restaurant's efficiency and productivity.
  • Balance Cash and Complete Financial Reports: Manage our restaurant's finances, including balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate the performance of our team members and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Cost Products and Services: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's costs, including food, labor, and overhead expenses.
  • Enforce Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that our restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, including food safety and handling procedures.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage our restaurant's inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, including addressing their complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
