Restaurant Manager Job Description

Ruchi's Masala House is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, ensuring accurate financial records.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
