Restaurant Operations Manager

At RED SWAN PIZZA MOOSE JAW, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team to achieve excellent customer service and quality food production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet customer demand
  • Recruit and train staff to meet the needs of the restaurant
  • Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality food production
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Cost products and services to ensure profitability
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient food production
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
  • Ability to lead a team and provide coaching and feedback
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
