This critical position within the Canadian Leadership Team is responsible for leading the company's growth development for Mass Brands in the Canadian Market.

The role requires a high degree of collaboration and interdependence across all functions, with key success measures including profitable Sales and Share growth across the channel, excellent strategic customer relations, a highly engaged business team, and a strategic long-term vision for the business.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of progressive experience in account management, with a proven track record of leading national and regional account teams.
