Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Alliance Labeling Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency and productivity, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Production Planning and Control
    • Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards.
    • Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high-quality products.
    • Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
    • Develop and implement procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with production staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Knowledge of GMP and other relevant regulations
