Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to new employees and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on production performance, quality control, and other key metrics.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to increase productivity and product quality.
  • Workforce Management: Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and meet production deadlines.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support production operations.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and facilities as needed.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after sale to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our products or services.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and meet production deadlines.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 employees and providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
