Key Responsibilities- Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the production of baked goods, including preparing dough, batters, and icings, and ensuring that all products meet our quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Train and develop a team of baking personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet our standards of cleanliness and safety, and take corrective action as needed to prevent contamination or other issues.
- Scheduling: Schedule staff to ensure that we have adequate coverage during peak periods and that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Setting: Bakery or restaurant environment
