Director, Business Intelligence Leader

You'll work with a dynamic team of experts who are passionate about using data to drive business decisions. As a Director, Business Intelligence, you'll be responsible for leading a team of analysts and data scientists to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a team of analysts and data scientists to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support business decision-making.
- Partner with IT to ensure data infrastructure and tools are aligned with business needs.
- 7+ years of analytical experience with 3+ years of recent experience in business analytics/BI and/or developing and implementing data science techniques.
- 3+ years of leading a data analytics team, or equivalent experience as a senior member of a team leading projects and providing managerial support.
- Expert knowledge and experience in data analytics and application in business strategy for effective decision making.
- Proven ability to solve complex business problems.
- Strong inclination to proactively share knowledge and expertise with others to build the data analytics community and capability in the broader company around data analytics.
- Expert verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate and frame complex information simply for senior leader decision making on complex business issues.
