Job Title: Receptionist - Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and greet visitors in a professional and warm manner
  • Answer phone calls, direct calls, and accurately receive and relay messages
  • Process and distribute mail, perform data-entry, documentation, printing, and filing duties
  • Ensure delivered equipment is organized and labelled
  • Provide overall support to the running of the office
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or clerical assistant role
  • Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Outlook experience
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • High School Graduate
