Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a Field & Infusion Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications in specialty clinics and Physician Partnership clinic settings, assessing and monitoring pre and post-injection/infusion treatments, and providing patient and caregiver education based on product monographs and program protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications in specialty clinics and Physician Partnership clinic settings.
  • Assess and monitor pre and post-injection/infusion treatments as directed by program protocols.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education based on product monographs and program protocols.
  • Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with Innomar training and policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in team web-based meetings and training sessions to maintain and enhance professional practice standards.
  • Adhere to professional nursing standards as prescribed by the professional associations and Innomar.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience as a Registered Nurse required.
  • 1 year experience in IV initiation.
  • Current registration with licensing body; CPR certificate.
  • Experience in a critical care, emergency, acute care inpatient/outpatient or homecare setting.
  • ACLS, PALs, MS, and CVAA Certification, and central venous lines/port experience are considered assets.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Excellent customer service skills for managing daily interactions with patients, family members, physicians, and clients.
  • Able to work autonomously with little supervision as part of a larger team.
