Emergency Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Nurse Specialist to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As an Emergency Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients and collect information from various sources to determine the best course of action.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional care team to ensure comprehensive care planning and delivery.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
  • Completion of applicable post-graduate coursework in emergency nursing or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
