- Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, and direct them to the relevant personnel.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of appointments, meetings, and other important events.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm appointments, meetings, and other events.
- Team Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player.
This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
