Café Manager

We are a dynamic and fast-paced café looking for a skilled and experienced manager to join our team. As a Café Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job requirements.
- Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and other financial reports to ensure the café is operating within budget.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure
