Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Vaghela Enterprises Inc is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage sales floor inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure optimal sales floor coverage.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including training and development.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales or retail management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
