We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Field Eyecare to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing doctor-related activities within a geographic area, ensuring comprehensive coverage, and executing eyecare initiatives to enhance patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Optometrists, Regional Managers, and Optometric Schools to develop and maintain a network of diverse industry contacts.
- Optimize coverage to ensure no stores are without a doctor and no dark days require coverage to serve patient needs.
- Coach and influence Regional Managers and Optometrists to ensure eyecare availability meets patient demand, maintains a high Optometrist Net Promoter Score, and grows exams.
- Accountable for building a database of Optometrist contacts within our CRM system, creating an Optometrist talent pipeline, and assisting with Optometrist career planning.
- Stay up-to-date on innovative recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices to drive patient access and business results.
- Ensure all Doctor onboarding activities are completed in alignment with brand standards.
- Maintain knowledge of state regulatory requirements for optometric practice and stay abreast of any pending rule changes or legislation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 8+ years of multi-unit responsibility for physician/optometric practice management, franchising, or similar experience.
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Problem-solving ability.
- 50%-75% travel required.
