Senior Sales Leadership Opportunity at OpenRoad Auto Group

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing guidance and training to sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Work closely with department managers to maintain clear communication between sales and other departments, ensuring a cohesive and effective team.
  • Sales Performance: Establish and meet monthly sales objectives, driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to sales associates to improve performance, enhance product knowledge, and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Negotiate sales and ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining a high level of customer loyalty and retention.
  • Process Compliance: Maintain product knowledge and follow dealership processes for excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Attend department meetings, participate in cross-functional teams, and maintain open communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Current VSA MDC License, valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, ability to make sound decisions, and prepare reports.
