We are in search of a Salesforce Administrator with a solid background in development to enhance our expanding Revenue Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in revolutionizing our banking services by configuring and optimizing Salesforce to drive our success. Key Responsibilities:
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to align with organizational objectives.
  • Design and implement processes that enhance workflows, operational efficiency, and scalability.
  • Lead data integrity initiatives, managing data migration and integration projects to support our expanding user base.
  • Create and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Data, to understand their specific needs and tailor Salesforce solutions accordingly.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience, with at least 2-4 years focused on Salesforce.
  • Possession of Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and/or Platform Developer I).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and maintenance, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and familiarity with other sales enablement SaaS applications (e.g., Salesloft, Gong, and ZoomInfo) is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities to comprehend business processes and devise effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with robust data analysis skills.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies.
  • Attention to detail with a knack for identifying opportunities for process and system enhancements.
  • A growth-oriented mindset, eager to learn and stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or neobanking.

Interview Process:

  • Stage 1: A 30-minute video call with a member of the Talent team.
  • Stage 2: A 45-minute video call with the Director of Sales and Senior Manager, Technical Programs.
  • Stage 3: A take-home case study.
  • Stage 4: A 30-minute video call with the Revenue Operations Manager.
  • Stage 5: A 30-minute video call with a member of the Leadership team.
