This is an excellent opportunity within the Information Technology Services to engage in Industrial Cybersecurity initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Director, Industrial Cybersecurity, the Senior Analyst will offer expertise in Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) across the organization. This role collaborates with various OT and business experts to ensure that appropriate security measures are implemented to mitigate identified enterprise security risks.
Core responsibilities include:
- Governance of OT security
- Providing budget estimates
- Conducting audits
- Enhancing visibility into OT risks
- Ensuring business continuity for OT
- Performing cybersecurity maturity assessments
- Establishing cybersecurity standards and policies related to OT infrastructure and technologies
The incumbent will ensure compliance with standards throughout the organization and stay informed on relevant security technology issues. Collaboration with internal OT teams and external security vendors is essential to support effective OT cybersecurity initiatives.
Additionally, the role involves promoting a culture of cybersecurity within the organization.
Skills and QualificationsYou will be responsible for:
- OT Security Governance, Maturity Assessments, Audits, and Compliance and Risk Management
- OT/IIoT Vulnerability Management and Incident Response
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A University Degree in Electrical and Control Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field, along with significant cybersecurity experience in industrial automation and control systems.
- A thorough understanding of Operational Technology (OT) and IIoT security best practices.
- Experience in triaging industrial cybersecurity events and the Incident Response process.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SSCP, or CISA will be considered an asset.
