About the Role

CIMA Canada Inc is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert to join our team as an OT Cybersecurity Advisor. This is a hybrid role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Cybersecurity Consulting Expertise: Offer expert advice to our clients on cybersecurity best practices for connected, operational, and industrial technologies.
  2. Act as Cybersecurity Expert on Project Teams: Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute cybersecurity activities, using a risk-assessment approach to ensure the security of our clients' assets.
  3. Carry out Cybersecurity Mandates: Conduct cybersecurity assessments, upgrade compliance with industry standards, draft policies and procedures, and evaluate threats and risks in the context of projects.
  4. Manage Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  1. University Degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 Years of Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on industrial technologies.
  3. Cybersecurity Governance Experience: Experience in cybersecurity governance, including knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  4. Knowledge of Cybersecurity Standards: Knowledge of cybersecurity standards applied in industrial and IT environments, including NERC-CIP, IEC 62443, ISO27001, and NIST.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  6. Cybersecurity Certifications: Cybersecurity certifications, such as GCIP, CISSP, GISP, CISA, CISSP, CASP+, GCCC, or equivalent certifications.
  7. Language Skills: Fluency in French and English is essential for this role, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
