Role Summary

We are in search of a dynamic leader who possesses a fervor for sales and customer engagement. The successful candidate will take on the role of Sales Manager, responsible for driving excellence in customer relations, sales strategies, and team development.

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales for Alberta and Saskatchewan, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the profitability and efficiency of our sales department while cultivating a welcoming atmosphere for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Department Profitability: Oversee and guide Sales Consultants to refine deal-making strategies and pricing. Implement proactive measures to identify and seize sales opportunities.
  • Staffing, Training, and Development: Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and ongoing improvement. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with each sales team member, documenting and reviewing outcomes with senior leadership. Establish a structured training program for Sales Consultants covering essential topics such as product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Floor Management: Assign individuals to the role of Floor Whip in two-hour intervals each day to ensure a proactive presence on the sales floor.
Qualifications

While previous sales management experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates should possess intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in relevant software applications.
